The Buyer (Consumer and Entrepreneur on Consumer Rights) has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the contract under the Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended). In the event of a written withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days.
The entitlement mentioned above also applies to a natural person – Entrepreneur on Consumer Rights, entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, if the content of this contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting particularly from the subject of the business activity they perform, disclosed based on the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
Entrepreneur on Consumer Rights – a customer who is a natural person entering into a Sales Agreement directly related to their business activity, if the content of the Sales Agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for this Entrepreneur, resulting particularly from the subject of the business activity they perform, disclosed based on the provisions of the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
